About VietRica

VietRica publishes plain-English guidance on studying abroad: what each country actually requires, what a year genuinely costs, which scholarships are worth the effort, and how the visa process works in practice.

What we do

Information first, advice second

Most study-abroad information online is written to generate enquiries rather than to help you decide. We take the opposite approach: publish the requirements, the numbers and the policy changes openly, so that by the time you talk to an adviser you already know what you are choosing between.

Every country page carries the same structure — current policy, cost estimator, entry requirements by level, scholarship routes, strong subjects, the institution directory, the visa process, and the questions people actually ask.

How to read the numbers

What our cost figures mean

Annual, not total

Every figure is for one year. A three-year bachelor's in the UK and a four-year degree in the US differ far more in total than the annual numbers suggest.

Representative, not quoted

Tuition varies by institution and programme. Our baseline reflects a typical programme in a typical city, and the estimator adjusts from there.

Before scholarships

Headline totals exclude any award. The estimator's scholarship slider shows what a given percentage does to the annual total.

All figures are US dollars per year, rounded to the nearest hundred, and are indicative only. Immigration rules, fees and thresholds change frequently — always confirm current requirements with the institution and the relevant immigration authority before making a decision.
